Regular priced merchandise
Regular priced merchandise may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, if still in NEW/UNUSED condition. Sorry, no refunds after 30 days. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS may be allowed after 30 days of purchase if still in NEW/UNUSED condition.
Defective merchandise
Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of purchase for repair or replacement, at our option. In the event we are unable to repair or replace, a store credit will be issued. Most merchandise has an additional 9 months limited warranty by the manufacturer which may require returning the item to the manufacturer for inspection. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accepted for return.
Sale prices merchandise
Sale prices merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 21 days of purchase, if still in new/unused condition. Sorry, no refunds on sale merchandise. DEFECTIVE SALE MERCHANDISE may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

We can only recommend a fit. You are responsible for the final decision concerning fit.

Your receipt
Before any adjustment can be made, date of purchase and price paid must be verified, which requires your receipt or order number.
We accept returns either by mail or in person at our Downtown Boulder Headquaters. You will be credited the total amount of the product(s) less shipping on returns. If you need to return your purchase, please download our return form and follow its directions.
